Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan's Transport Ministry has explained how the ATTO app works, following reports circulating on social media about problems with accounts, payments and receiving notifications.

The ministry said that, in order to protect users' personal data and ensure the security of payment operations, one ATTO account can be used on only one device at a time.

When an account is logged into from another device, the session on the previous device is automatically terminated.

The Transport Ministry noted that this arrangement is intended to improve account security and ensure that payment operations are carried out correctly.

The speed at which information about payments is updated and notifications are delivered may depend on the stability of the internet connection.

In this regard, technical situations that arise require individual review.

Users who encounter technical problems or have questions when making payments through the ATTO app can contact the support service on +998 78 140 08 08.

Support service specialists check the relevant operations on the basis of requests and provide information and explanations for each specific situation.

The Transport Ministry said it would continue work to ensure the stability, security and convenience of digital payment services in public transport.
