Uzbekistan Discusses Copper Foil Supply with China’s Nuode

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Chairman of the Uzbek Association “Uzeltехsanoat” Mirziyod Yunusov held talks with the management of China’s Nuode company during a working visit to Shenzhen, focusing on cooperation in the electrical engineering industry and potential technological collaboration.

Nuode specializes in the production of copper foil products for the electronics industry. In particular, the company manufactures thin copper foil used in lithium-ion batteries, energy storage systems, as well as in modern electronic devices and green energy technologies.

During the negotiations, the two sides discussed the company’s production capacity, technological solutions, and potential applications of its products in Uzbekistan’s industrial sector. Special attention was given to the prospects of introducing advanced materials and technologies into the development of the country’s electrical engineering industry.

The parties also explored possible areas of cooperation that could contribute to expanding industrial collaboration and strengthening Uzbekistan’s technological base in electronics and energy sectors.
