Uzbekistan Businesses Receive 178.1 Trln Soum Relief

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Businesses in Uzbekistan received tax and customs incentives totaling 178.1 trillion soums in 2025, according to the Anti-Corruption Agency.

The bulk of support came from tax benefits, which amounted to 119 trillion soums and were granted to 143,200 business entities. The overwhelming majority of these funds went to legal entities, which received 118.9 trillion soums across 139,000 recipients. Individual entrepreneurs accounted for 120.7 billion soums in benefits, used by 4,185 individuals.

The largest recipient of tax incentives was Uzbekistan GTL, which received 2.8 trillion soums. Other major beneficiaries included Uzbekistan Airways with 2.4 trillion soums and Uzbekneftegaz with 1.7 trillion soums. Significant tax benefits were also allocated to Uzbek Railways (1.1 trillion soums), UzAuto Motors (898.9 billion soums), Asia Trans Gas (860.4 billion soums), Luxury Diamond (811.8 billion soums), My Freighter (Centrum Air) (660.2 billion soums), Solutions Lab (650.8 billion soums), the Unified National Processing Center (Uzcard) (542.4 billion soums), Regional Electric Networks (538.6 billion soums), UzGasTrade (515.4 billion soums), Air Products Netherlands Gases BV (482 billion soums), Samarkand Tourism Center (427.9 billion soums), and the Asterium crypto exchange (427.4 billion soums).

Customs incentives exceeded 59 trillion soums and were utilized by 15,300 companies. UzGasTrade was the largest beneficiary in this category, receiving 2.1 trillion soums. It was followed by RWS Optimum with 1.4 trillion soums and Enter Engineering’s permanent establishment managing a thermal power plant in the Karauzyak district of Karakalpakstan with 1.1 trillion soums.

Other major recipients of customs benefits included First Fruits (955.2 billion soums), Tebinbulak Mechanization Service (738.5 billion soums), My Freighter (Centrum Air) (645 billion soums), Trest-12 (519.5 billion soums), Gorilla Energy (414.5 billion soums), Azia Metall Prof (391.5 billion soums), Enter Engineering’s permanent establishment linked to the Baysun gas processing plant (New Logistic) (321.1 billion soums), RG Brands South (302.6 billion soums), Uzbekistan Airways (288.4 billion soums), and China CAMCE Engineering (285 billion soums).

Customs exemptions granted to 75 permanent establishments of foreign legal entities totaled 2.46 trillion soums. More than half of this amount went to Enter Engineering structures involved in a number of major projects, including energy, industrial, and infrastructure facilities. Across all projects, the total volume of incentives provided to these entities exceeded 1.9 trillion soums.

In addition, entities affiliated with Eriell Group received benefits, including projects in the Kandym district worth 25.6 billion soums and in the Mubarek district totaling 15.9 billion soums.

The total volume of incentives for projects of national significance reached 12.6 trillion soums. A further 345 billion soums was allocated to foreign diplomatic missions and their staff operating in Uzbekistan.
