Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan and Chinese company NUODE New Materials have discussed the prospects for establishing a joint facility in Uzbekistan to produce ultra-thin copper foil.
The issue was discussed at a meeting between Mirziyod Yunusov, chairman of the Uzeltеkhsanoat Association, and a delegation from the Chinese company led by its chairman, Chen Lizhi.
The two sides considered opportunities for investment cooperation and the organisation of production of a material used in the electrical engineering industry.
The potential project is being considered as part of efforts to attract advanced technologies and expand international cooperation in the sector.
