Uzbekistan and Austria Discuss Expansion of Cooperation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Meetings were held in the Austrian Parliament between Saida Mirziyoyeva, Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan, and Marcus Stotter, President of the Federal Council, as well as Walter Rosenkranz, President of the National Council, the Uzbek side said.

During the talks, the sides exchanged views on the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation and discussed opportunities to expand collaboration in areas of mutual interest.

Special attention was given to reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan, including processes of democratization of society and modernization of the public administration system.
