Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan’s MyGov mobile application has introduced a service that allows users to confirm or reject international courier shipments registered in their names, the Ministry of Digital Technologies reported.

Users can now view information about parcels sent to them from abroad.

To access the service, users must enter the Uzbek word “халқаро” (“international”) in the app’s search bar and select the relevant service.

The app displays a list of shipments, allowing users to confirm parcels that belong to them and reject those that do not. Identity verification is carried out through MyID biometric identification.

The ministry warned that confirming parcels belonging to other people could lead to customs-related problems.
