Uzbek and Chinese entrepreneurs discussed prospects for cooperation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - An online seminar on “Prospects for the development of trade, economic and investment cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the People's Republic of China” was held with the participation of representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, the Chinese Chamber of Commerce for Export and Import foodstuffs and local livestock products, the Chinese Chamber of Commerce for Export and Import of Textile Products, the Bureau of International Economics of Hainan Province, the Chinese company Huahe International, Dunyo news agency reported.

More than 100 entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan and more than 25 business entities from China discussed building trade and investment ties, presented each other their potential in the agricultural, textile, healthcare and medical sectors, as well as in the construction industry.

The parties agreed on the availability of good prospects for further development of cooperation, agreed to continue the dialogue in order to elaborate on the aspects of cooperation.
