Tashkent Hosts Chinese Brands and Silk Road Trade Fairs
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — An exhibition of Chinese brand products and the ninth International Exhibition “Products of Silk Road Countries” opened in Tashkent on 2 September, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan said.
The exhibitions are being held from 2 to 4 September at the CAEx exhibition complex. Sherzod Ibragimov, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, attended the opening ceremony.
The exhibitions give Uzbek entrepreneurs an opportunity to engage directly with Chinese companies, seek new partners, discuss investment projects and establish joint production.
The displays feature products and technological solutions across a range of sectors, including digital technologies, green energy, smart agriculture, construction, medicine and pharmaceuticals. Products from the automotive and textile industries, as well as consumer goods, are also on display.
The business program includes B2B meetings and negotiations between company representatives. Discussions focus on agreements aimed at expanding export and investment opportunities.
The international exhibitions will remain open at the CAEx exhibition complex through 4 September.
