Savdogar Bank to float shares for 6bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbek-German joint stock commercial bank “Savdogar” (Savdogar Bank) registered new emission of shares for 6 billion soums.

The Center for coordination and control over functioning over securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the bank on 6 December 2011.

The bank said that it will place 60 million ordinary shares with par value of 100 soums each within the emission. Total volume of the issue reaches 6 billion soums.

According to the prospectus of emission, the shares will be placed on open subscription and at least 25% will be realized through Uzbekistan Stock Exchange “Toshkent”.

The bank said that currently the charter capital of Savdogarbank makes up 24 billion soums.
