Samarkand Leasing to float shares for 2.15bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Open joint stock company Samarkand Leasing will float shares worth 2.15 billion soums, the company disclosed.

The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the company.

In line with the prospectus of emission, Samarkand Leasing will place 2.15 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 1,000 soums each.

The company said that the shares will be placed on closed subscription among founders. Open joint stock commercial bank Samarkand will buy 1.8 million ordinary shares and O’zkartoshkanavurug’lari LLC – 350,000 shares.
