Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held a meeting with Wang Yi, Member of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs of China, in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, the two sides engaged in an open and forward-looking exchange of views on deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and China.

They discussed a wide range of issues, including trade, connectivity, regional security, and international cooperation.

Saidov expressed his gratitude to China for its consistent support of Uzbekistan’s development agenda and for the shared commitment to creating a more prosperous, stable, and interconnected region.

The ministers also agreed to maintain the strong momentum in bilateral relations.
