Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Dushanbe Chairman Rustam Emomali visited the Centre of Islamic Civilisation in Tashkent as part of his official visit to Uzbekistan.
He was accompanied by Tashkent Governor Shavkat Umurzakov and other officials.
During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the centre's activities, which focus on preserving and promoting Uzbekistan's historical and cultural heritage and showcasing the contributions of prominent scholars and thinkers from the region to the development of world science and civilisation.
