Russian President to visit Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- President of Russia Dmitriy Medvedev will pay a state visit to Uzbekistan on 22-23 January on the invitation of the President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov.

During the visit, the issues of expansion and deepening of the Uzbek-Russian cooperation, as well as important regional and international problems will be considered.

Signing of a number of bilateral documents aimed at deepening cooperation between the states in various spheres is planned.
