Russian company acquires stake in Angren Pack

According to the Uzbekistan Stock Exchange (UZSE), the Russian company acquired 215,600 shares of the Angren Pack, which makes 53.05% of the company’s shares.

The Angren Pack is an enterprise of the paper industry in Uzbekistan. The company produces cardboard, paper and corrugated paper, toilet paper, paper napkins and towels.

The company’s capacity is 100,000 tonnes of paper and 120 million square meters of corrugated cardboard per year.
