Insurance Broker Consulting License Revoked in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The license of Insurance Broker Consulting LLC to operate as an insurance broker has been revoked based on a decision by the Tashkent Interregional Economic Court.

According to authorized bodies, the decision was made in accordance with Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Licensing, Permissive and Notification Procedures," as well as paragraph 51 of the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 80 dated 21 February 2022 "On approval of the single regulation on the procedure for licensing certain types of activities through a special electronic system."

The revoked license, series SF No. 00185, was originally issued to the company on 1 February 2013. The court decision entered into force on 26 June 2026.

Despite the revocation, Insurance Broker Consulting LLC is required by law to fulfill all assumed obligations under existing contracts concluded with policyholders, as well as under contracts executed within its intermediary activities across all types of insurance and reinsurance.
