Bank Cards, Terminals and ATMs in Uzbekistan: Bank Rankings as of 1 August 2026
Xalq banki leads Uzbekistan's banks by number of issued bank cards as of August 1, 2026, with more than 12.1 million cards — over 16% of the 75.7 million cards in circulation nationwide. Uzum Bank ranks second (7.2 million cards) and Agrobank third (6.8 million cards), according to data published by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.
According to the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, as of August 1, 2026, the country had 75,686,915 bank cards in circulation, 453,471 installed POS terminals, and 47,009 ATMs and infokiosks. From January through July 2026, 387.4 billion soums passed through the country's payment terminals.
Cards in circulation
Beyond the top three, the top 5 by number of issued cards also includes Ipoteka-bank (5.7 million) and Hamkorbank (5.2 million). The lowest figures among banks belong to Soderot bank (3,020 cards), Madad Invest bank (15,183) and APEX BANK (38,765).
Payment terminals
By number of installed POS terminals, Hamkorbank leads with 68,301 units. It is followed by Milliy bank (42,523), Xalq banki (34,176), O'zsanoatqurilishbanki (31,834) and Ipoteka-bank (26,445). The lowest figures were recorded at Soderot bank (27 terminals), TBC bank (41) and Open Bank (106).
ATMs and infokiosks
In the ATM and infokiosk segment (excluding non-bank payment organizations), Xalq banki ranks first with 3,136 units, followed by Agrobank (1,823), Kapitalbank (1,669), Invest Finance bank (1,426) and Milliy bank (1,164). The fewest units belong to TBC bank (1), Soderot bank (2) and Ziraat Bank Uzbekistan (8).
Payment terminal turnover
By turnover through payment terminals from January through July 2026, Aloqabank leads with 41.1 billion soums. The top 5 also includes Milliy bank (32.2 billion), TBC bank (25.2 billion), Hamkorbank (22.6 billion) and Ipak Yo'li banki (21.3 billion). The lowest turnover figures belong to Tayanch mikromoliya banki (8.3 million soums), YANGI BANK (35.8 million) and Madad Invest bank (146.3 million).
