Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Garant Bank is planning an additional placement of shares at public auction.
The bank registered the issue of shares.
As part of the issue, the bank plans to place 1.2 billion shares with a par value of 100 soums each.
The total volume of the issue will be 120 billion soums. The shares will be placed by open subscription.
At the moment, the bank has 2.3 billion securities, including 3 million preferred shares.
