Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Uzbekistan national team continues its strong performance at the World Boxing Championships in Liverpool, claiming its second bronze medal.

Feruza Kazakova earned a bronze medal in the 51 kg weight category. In the semifinal, she narrowly lost to Turkish Olympic medalist Buse Naz Çakıroğlu, which prevented her from advancing to the final.

Earlier, Sabina Bobokulova had won a bronze medal in the 48 kg category, also representing Uzbekistan with distinction at the world championship.
