Export of glass products increased by US$4 million

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- According to the State Committee on Statistics, in January - July 2021, Uzbekistan exported glassware and products to 25 foreign countries in the amount of US$15.8 million.

Compared to the corresponding period of last year, this indicator increased by US$4.0 million.

Over the past 7 months, Uzbekistan has exported the largest amount of glassware and products to the following countries:

Kazakhstan – US$8.3 million 

Tajikistan – US$2.4 million 

Turkmenistan – US$1.8 million 

Kyrgyz Republic – US$1.8 million 

Georgia – US$710.6 thousand 

Armenia – US$341.6 thousand 

Azerbaijan – US$209.3 thousand 

As of August 1, 2021, the regions of Uzbekistan exported the largest amount of glassware and products:

Tashkent city – US$9.0 million

Jizzakh region – US$2.9 million

Ferghana region – US$1.5 million
