DaromaD Plus pays 50 soums of dividends per share

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- General shareholders of open joint stock closed investment fund DaromaD Plus adopted decision on payment of dividends for 2010.

According to the shareholders’ decision, the company will pay 50 soums of dividends per ordinary share, which makes up 10% of nominal value of share.

The company said that total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, is 1,263,808 ordinary shares. The company added that the shareholders allocated 63.19 million soums or 36% of net income to payment of dividends.
