Bunyodkor wins third Uzbekistan Cup

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Bunyodkor Tashkent won Uzbekistan Cup for the third time in its history on Friday after claiming a 3-0 victory over Nasaf Karshi.

Mirjalol Kasimov’s side opened the score on 8 minutes through goal of Shavkat Salomov. On 34 minutes, Kamoliddin Murzoev doubled the lead of Tashkent club.

Skipper of Bunyodkor Tashkent Victor Karpenko scored the last goal of the match. Earlier, Bunyodkor won Uzbekistan Cup twice in 2008 and 2010.

Bunyodkor earned 100 million soums for its victory in final, while Karshi club clinched 50 million soums of prize money.
