Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — SQB PFC secured their first-ever Uzbekistan Futsal Super Cup title after defeating reigning national champions BMB PFC in a penalty shootout following a 3–3 draw at Tashkent's Humo Arena. The fixture marked the official opening of the 2026–2027 national futsal season.

BMB opened the match aggressively, pressuring SQB goalkeeper Shavkat Ibragimov in the opening minutes. However, SQB capitalized on their initial counterattack in the second minute when Samariddin Berkinov intercepted a pass in the central zone and assisted Davlat Ibragimov, who opened the scoring.

SQB expanded their squad ahead of the season by acquiring Davlat Ibragimov and Hebbert Oliveira Bolt, both of whom previously played four seasons for BMB. In the second half, SQB extended their lead to 3–1 with goals from Timur Salimov and Bolt.

BMB mounted a late-game comeback to send the match into a penalty shootout, with Jean Aldemiro scoring twice and Vitor netting the equalizing goal.

During the penalty shootout, SQB goalkeeper Shavkat Ibragimov made two critical saves, securing a 4–2 victory for SQB.
