Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan’s National Agency of Prospective Projects (NAPP) has registered APEX BANK JSC as a participant in the special legal regime known as the Regulatory Sandbox for the capital market.

Under this regime, the bank plans to act as an issuer of foreign-currency-denominated bonds.

The issuance, placement, circulation and redemption of these bonds will be carried out in accordance with the regulations governing such operations under the special legal regime for the capital market’s Regulatory Sandbox, registered under No. 3826 on 29 April 2026.

The registration was announced on 13 October 2026.
