An official welcoming ceremony of the President of Uzbekistan took place

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- On 6 June, the official welcoming ceremony of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev took place at the Presidential Palace in Ankara.

A guard of honor lined up in honor of the head of Uzbekistan. Presidents Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan took the podium, where the national anthems of Uzbekistan and Türkiye were played. The leaders of the two countries walked around the guard of honor.

Negotiations between the President of Uzbekistan and the President of Türkiye began. The parties discuss issues of further development and strengthening of Uzbek-Turkish relations within the framework of a comprehensive strategic partnership.
