Aleksei Evstafeev appointed as head coach of Uzbekistan U-22

Famous football specialist Aleksei Evstafeev has been appointed as head coach of Uzbekistan U-22, the Uzbekistan Football Federation said.
Aleksei Evstafeev was head coach of Uzbekistan U-17, which reached quarterfinals of the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Mexico.
Former Uzbekistan international Azamat Abduraimov will be assistant of Aleksei Evstafeev. Newly appointed Uzbekistan U-22 coach says that it will be interesting to work with Abduraimov.
Aleksei Evstafeev said that the main goal of the team will be qualification to the finals of the AFC U-22 Championship, qualifiers of which will be started from June 2012. He said that the team will hold the first training camp in late February.
