Bunyodkor disclosed that Uztransgaz acquired 46.32% shares from charter capital of Bunyodkor as a donation.
As earlier reported, Tulyagan Djuraev has been elected to the post of Bunyodkor in February. Djuraev is director-general of Uztransgaz, gas transporting company of Uzbekistan.
Uztransgaz and Bunyodkor have signed sponsorship agreement.
Bunyodkor has been founded in 2005. The team won three Uzbekistan championship titles in 2008, 2009 and 2010. Tashkent club also won two Uzbekistan Cups.
