Uzbekiston Temir Yolari to increase the authorized capital

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The sole shareholder of Uzbekistan Temir Yulari JSC decided to increase the authorized capital of the company.

The authorized capital will be increased by issuing additional shares by 96.84 million soums. The shares will be placed with the state.

The shares are paid for by transferring the balance (residual) value of fixed assets of pumping stations and the territory of the Ministry of Defense located in Tashkent in 4.06 hectares with buildings and structures.
