Uzbekistan U-17 Loses 3-0 to Uruguay in Friendly Match

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan's U-17 national football team lost 0-3 to Uruguay in a friendly match held in Albir, Spain, UzDaily.uz reported.

Uruguay opened the scoring in the 12th minute before adding two more goals in the 36th and 60th minutes of the match.

The team managed by Sergey Chigodaev is using the friendly matches as part of its preparations for the upcoming U-17 World Cup.

Uzbekistan's U-17 squad will play its next friendly match against Spain on 27 August 2026.
