The system for assessing the performance of heads of government bodies and economic associations operates under Presidential Decree No. UP-49 of 13 March 2024. KPI performance is recorded at the end of each quarter on the samaradorlik.uz electronic platform. The list of indicators, roadmaps for achieving them and regional action programmes are approved annually by the Cabinet of Ministers.

The materials presented also included an indicator for financing subsidies, loans and grants for family members listed in the Social Register. Against a target of 50 trillion soums, reported implementation stood at 53.6 billion soums. The figures differ substantially, and their relationship requires further clarification.
