Uzbekistan Railways to introduce chance to charter

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Shareholders of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari (Uzbekistan Railways) state joint stock railway company introduced changes to the charter capital, the company’s statement said.

According to the changes, the size of the charter capital of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari makes up 509.559 billion soums, which is divided to 300 ordinary shares.

At the company, the company has right to issue additional 300 ordinary shares with par value of 1,698,530,530 soums each for 509.559 billion soums.
