Uzbekistan Showcases National Pavilion at China–Eurasia Expo in Urumqi
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The 9th international exhibition "China–Eurasia Expo" concluded its work in the city of Urumqi, People's Republic of China. The large-scale economic event took place from June 25 to June 29, 2026.
Established in 2011 by relevant authorities, this influential forum traditionally serves as a key international platform for deepening trade and economic ties, increasing mutual trade volumes, and strengthening industrial cooperation among the states of the Eurasian region.
As part of its strategy to diversify foreign economic relations, the Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized the deployment of a unified National Pavilion under the "Made in Uzbekistan" brand. Leadership and experts from the ministry also took an active part in the extensive business program of concurrent forums and panel discussions.
The investment and export potential of the country was widely presented at the Uzbek exposition space. Visitors and foreign partners were shown a rich spectrum of competitive domestic products, primarily high-quality goods from the light and food industries.
The demonstration of the republic's industrial capabilities allowed Uzbek manufacturers to establish direct business contacts with foreign business circles, conduct substantive negotiations to draft promising agreements, and contributed to the systemic strengthening of Uzbekistan's position in the global market.
