Uzbekistan increases electricity production by 5.4%

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan increased electricity generation by 5.4% in January-April 2018 compared to the same period of 2018.

In the reporting period, according to the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, the country’s enterprises produced about 22.05 billion kW/h of electricity.

Also in January-April Uzbekistan produced 11.7 million Gcal of heat, which is 3.4% less compared to the same period of 2018.
