Uzbekistan exported 821,000 tons of fruits and vegetables in Jan-Jun

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- In January-June 2022, Uzbekistan exported 821,000 tons of fruits and vegetables worth about US$450 million. It was reported by the State Statistics Committee.

This figure increased by 104 thousand tons compared to the corresponding period of last year.

The volume of exported fruits and vegetables for 6 months of 2022: 

fruits and berries - 118 thousand tons

dried fruits and berries - 21 thousand tons

vegetables - 576 thousand tons

cabbage - 130 thousand tons

tomato - 56 thousand tons

grapes - 11.1 thousand tons

raisins - 38 thousand tons

peanuts - 11 thousand tons

watermelon-melon - 67.8 thousand tons.
