Uzbek leader to attend CSTO meeting in Moscow

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbek President Islam Karimov will attend an unscheduled meeting of the council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in Moscow on 4 February 2009.
