Uzbek, Kazakh leader discuss bilateral ties

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov held negotiations with his Kazakh counterpart Nursultan Nazarbaev in Almaty, Kazakhstan, on 28 April.

Uzbek President arrived in Kazakhstan to participate at the summit of the founder-states of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea (IFAS), which discussed management and use of water resources in Central Asia and IFAS activities.

During the talks of the two presidents, the sides considered actual issues of bilateral cooperation.
