Uzbek Exporters Hold Business Forum in London

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan's Embassy, jointly with the Trade Development Company, held a business forum focused on expanding exports of Uzbek agricultural products and promoting them in the United Kingdom.

The event brought together producers and exporters from Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of leading British companies involved in importing, distribution, logistics and consulting.

The forum was held in two stages. During a training seminar, international experts and executives from Haldiram Overseas Limited, Best Produce International UK and PML Seafrigo shared recommendations on entering the UK market, product positioning and developing sales channels.

The second part of the event featured B2B meetings with more than 60 major British importers and distributors, including Meypal, Saffron Direct and Pancham Foods.

Uzbek exporters presented and offered tastings of agricultural products, highlighting their quality and export potential.

Following the direct negotiations, the parties reached agreements to establish new business contacts and identified promising areas for future cooperation.
