UPT and InfinBANK Partner on Cross-Border Money Transfers
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — UPT Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş. and InfinBANK have signed a partnership agreement to expand money transfer services, the two companies announced. The agreement establishes a long-term collaboration aimed at broadening client services and boosting transfer volumes.
The signing ceremony took place on 26 August 2026 at InfinBANK's office in Tashkent, attended by executives and key representatives from both organizations.
The partnership combines the technological capabilities, professional expertise, and networks of both entities to develop infrastructure for sending and receiving funds. Key objectives include significantly increasing money transfer volumes, enhancing service accessibility, and developing new joint projects.
UPT Chief Executive Officer Murat Kastan said the agreement marks the start of a new phase in long-term cooperation between companies from Uzbekistan and Türkiye. He noted that both parties aim to build a mutually beneficial relationship, increase transaction volumes, and strengthen their market positions.
Pulat Salimov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of InfinBANK, stated that the integration with UPT will expand cross-border transfer options for the bank's clients. He added that the cooperation will broaden the geographic scope of services—including destinations in CIS countries, Europe, and Türkiye—while offering more flexible fee structures.
The two sides plan to further develop their partnership to expand transfer capabilities for customers.
