Trustbank may raise charter capital by 5bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Shareholders of the private open joint stock exchange bank “Trustbank” approved maximum size of announced shares.

According to the decision of shareholders, the bank has right to place 5 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total volume of announced shares makes up 5 billion soums.

Currently, the charter capital of the bank makes up 17 billion soums.

The private open joint stock exchange bank “Trustbank” was founded in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in 1994 and it is universal bank, which provides full scale banking services.
