Three Uzbek banks named as supplier of socially important services

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Asaka Bank, Ipoteka Bank and Uzsanoatqurilishbank were exempted from obligation to sell share in their charter capitals to foreign investors.

The Government of Uzbekistan issued a resolution to introduce changes and amendments to some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to the regulation, above-mentioned banks were listed as the suppliers of socially important services on regulated prices.

In this connection, the banks will not attract foreign investors via selling shares in their charter capital.
