Spain U-17 beat Uzbekistan 3-0 in friendly match
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan’s U-17 national team lost 0-3 to Spain in a friendly match in Albir as the Uzbek side continues preparations for the upcoming FIFA U-17 World Cup.
The first half ended goalless. After the break, Uzbekistan head coach Sergey Chigodayev made several substitutions.
In the 46th minute, Orifkhonov, Mamatov and Tokhirov were replaced by Uktamboev, Abdullaev and Uktamov.
Spain opened the scoring in the 63rd minute when Guillermo Ortega converted a penalty to put the hosts ahead.
In the 80th minute, Chigodayev made further changes, with Ravshanov and Abdullaev making way for Marupov and Sindarov.
Spain scored twice more in the closing stages. Roberto Tomas found the net in the first minute of stoppage time, and a minute later Mikhal Zhuk Yendzheyevska scored to make it 3-0.
