Restaurateur Timur Musin Sells Assets Worth 294bn Soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Timur Musin, the founder of Caravan Group and a well-known restaurateur in Tashkent, has decided to sell key assets of his restaurant business. Information about the sale was published on the OLX online classifieds platform and reported by Spot.

The assets listed for sale include the “Plov Museum” restaurant, the Caravan restaurant in Tashkent, and the Cinara’s ethnographic country complex located in the mountains of the Tashkent region. The total value of the assets is estimated at 294 billion soums, equivalent to approximately 24.4 million US dollars.

On 13 April, the five-story “Plov Museum” restaurant was put up for sale. The facility has a total area of 5,800 square meters and includes a landscaped territory of 20 sotkas along the Salar canal. Its value is estimated at 150 billion soums, with the option of partial sale starting from 1,100 square meters.

The Caravan restaurant is located on a 7 sotka plot, with a total building area of 1,800 square meters. The venue can accommodate up to 250 guests in winter and up to 490 guests in summer. Its price is set at 45 billion soums.

The Cinara’s country complex covers an 80 sotka area, with a total building space of approximately 1,400 square meters across the ground and first floors. Its value is estimated at 99 billion soums.

The listings note that the average payback period for the assets is around seven years.
