Resident of Jizzakh region detained for selling drugs

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- On 14 February 2019, in the course of operational activities, residents of Mirzachul district of Jizzakh region were detained when they attempted 1 kilogram of 165 grams of the narcotic substance “marijuana” for 1 million soums.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan said that a  criminal case has been initiated, an investigation is underway.
