Referendum on the Constitution of Uzbekistan in a new edition starts

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- At 8:00 a.m., a referendum on the Constitution of Uzbekistan in a new edition began throughout the country.

More than 19.7 million citizens of Uzbekistan can take part in the voting, which will last until 20:00. In total, more than 10,750 referendum sites have been opened.

Abroad, only 307,895 citizens of Uzbekistan will vote at 55 polling stations.
