Procedure for conducting educational activities defined

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) —  President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed a law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aimed at Defining the Procedure for Conducting Educational Activities.”

Provisions regulating the procedure for conducting educational activities have been added to the Law on Education.

The Administrative Responsibility Code has been amended to include penalties for conducting educational activities without the necessary authorization and for violating the legislative restrictions on such activities.

These changes aim to improve the control over educational activities in the country.
