Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — O‘ztemiryo‘lkonteyner JSC has arranged multimodal transportation of six 40-foot containers carrying specialized equipment from Chandler, Arizona, in the United States to Almaty, Kazakhstan.

The containers carrying road construction equipment were transported by road from Chandler to the Port of Los Angeles. The cargo was then shipped by sea to China’s Port of Qingdao, with the journey taking 19 days.

At the next stage, the containers will be transported by rail to Almaty-1 station in Kazakhstan.

The shipment marks another step in expanding O‘ztemiryo‘lkonteyner’s capabilities in the international logistics market and developing integrated door-to-door services.
