NAPP Removes Winvestment Consult From Securities Register

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The professional activities of Winvestment Consult LLC as an investment consultant on Uzbekistan’s securities market ended on 2 September 2026, the National Agency of Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan said.

The company was removed from the electronic register of professional participants in the securities market following its notification of the voluntary termination of its investment consulting activities.

The termination was carried out in accordance with Article 44 of Uzbekistan’s Law “On Licensing, Permitting and Notification Procedures” and paragraph 27 of the Regulation on the procedure for notifying the authorized body about the commencement or termination of activities as an investment consultant in the securities market.

The regulation was approved by Order No. 19 of the Director of the National Agency of Perspective Projects dated 7 May 2026 and registered on 9 June 2026 under registration number 3852.

Following the termination of Winvestment Consult’s professional activities, the relevant information was duly entered into the electronic register of professional participants in the securities market published on the Agency’s official website.
