Alongside Khusanov, the list features Rayan Aït-Nouri, Nathan Aké, Marcus Bettinelli, Oscar Bobb, Rayan Cherki, Rúben Dias, Jérémy Doku, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Phil Foden, Nico González, Joško Gvardiol, Erling Haaland, Rodri, Mateo Kovačić, Omar Marmoush, Matheus Nunes, Stefan Ortega, Tijjani Reijnders, Savinho, Bernardo Silva, John Stones, and James Trafford.

In the group stage of the 2025/2026 Champions League season, Manchester City will face Borussia Dortmund, Real Madrid, Bayer Leverkusen, Villarreal, Napoli, Bodø/Glimt, Galatasaray, and Monaco.
