Innoprom Central Asia Draws Over 10,000 Visitors

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The international industrial exhibition “Innoprom. Central Asia,” held in Tashkent from April 20 to 22, attracted more than 10,000 delegates from 35 countries, according to organizers. The event reaffirmed its position as one of the leading regional platforms for industrial cooperation and technological partnership development.

The exhibition press service reported that over three days it welcomed representatives of the business community, government institutions, and expert organizations from more than 35 countries, including Uzbekistan, Russia, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Belarus, Ghana, Germany, Iran, Kazakhstan, Canada, Qatar, Kyrgyzstan, China, Latvia, Nigeria, the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, Turkey, and others. Participation also included 64 Russian regions represented through exhibition stands and official delegations. In total, the event brought together delegates from more than 5,200 international companies.

More than 350 companies from Uzbekistan, Russia, Belarus, China, and Kazakhstan presented their technological developments and industrial solutions, showcasing innovative projects and manufacturing products.

The central event of the business program was the plenary session titled “Technology Hubs – A New Industrial Landscape of Eurasia,” attended by representatives of the governments of Russia, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan.

First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Denis Manturov stated that trade turnover between Russia and Uzbekistan could increase by 22% in 2026, reaching US$14 billion.

Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khodjaev noted that the country is currently implementing more than 330 joint projects with Russia and Central Asian states worth over US$47 billion. He emphasized that hosting Innoprom in Tashkent plays an important role in strengthening regional cooperation and developing business dialogue.

According to Khodjaev, the exhibition has quickly become a widely used platform for open interaction between government and business, as well as a venue for forming new partnerships and opportunities.

The seventh edition of “Innoprom. Central Asia” is scheduled to take place in Tashkent in April 2027.
