Direct flights between Tashkent and Budapest to be opened

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Deputy Minister of Transport Jasurbek Choriyev met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Uzbekistan Gyula Kovacs and representative of the country’s Foreign Ministry Adrienne Geobel.

At a meeting with representatives of resident airlines of Uzbekistan, the parties discussed issues related to the opening of direct flights between the capitals of Uzbekistan and Hungary.

For a final decision and a detailed discussion of the technical and economic aspects of the issue, the parties plan to hold talks in the near future with the participation of representatives of the competent authorities of the two countries.
