Competition Development Committee and ADB Discuss Power Quality and Consumer Rights Protection

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Representatives of the Competition Development and Consumer Protection Committee held a meeting with experts from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), led by mission head A. Khabirov.

The talks focused on practical measures to ensure the quality and reliability of electricity supply, protect consumer rights, foster competition in the sector, detect violations, and improve public legal awareness.

The meeting marked an important step in strengthening cooperation between the Committee and ADB, opening a new chapter in efforts to improve quality and safeguard consumer rights in Uzbekistan’s energy sector.
